On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the Environment Commissioner, Mrs. Antonia Theodosiou, visited The Cyprus Institute’s premises.

 

CyI President, Prof. Stavros Malas, hosted the meeting, accompanied by CyI Assistant Vice President of Policy and Internal Communications, Mrs. Eleni Sophocleous. During the visit, the Commissioner was given an in-depth presentation on the Institute’s profile, mission, and various research and educational activities.

 

Mrs. Theodosiou expressed her commitment to maintaining the strong collaborative relationship between the two sides. She also noted the impressive level of research conducted at the Institute.

 

During her visit, Mrs. Theodosiou had the opportunity visit the Linear Fresnel Facility.
