The Cyprus Institute

Nick holds a BA (Hons) in Computer & Video Imaging from the University of Silicon Valley and an MSc in Game Design and Interactive Technologies from the Cyprus University of Technology. His career spans various roles, including 3D Artist, Illustrator, Animator, Multimedia Specialist, and both UI and Game Designer. He has contributed to numerous academic projects, presentations, and publications, most notably designing "Khirokitia VR: A Portal to the Neolithic of Cyprus." He has also excelled in design competitions, winning the first Euro Commemorative Coin competition for the Central Bank of Cyprus, and was the lead artist of the team that won the National Finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup in 2015.

 

He currently holds the position of Senior Research Technical Specialist at the Cyprus Institute, working as an Interactive Designer and 3D Modeler at the Virtual Environments Lab of STARC.
