Katerina joined the Computation-based Science and Technology Research Centre (CaSToRC) of the Cyprus Institute in February 2018. She received a BSc degree in Physics, with a specialization on Nuclear and Particle Physics, and her thesis was on “Software Collimation applied in SPECT”. Her MSc degree was on Medical Physics, in which she specialized on paediatric patients and the dose they get, measured using Thermoluminescent Dosimeters (TLD), by a Computed Tomography examination.
Both her BSc (2013) and MSc (2015) degrees were held in the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens.
