Marketing Strategy for Women in STEAM

The objective of this strategy is to address the underrepresentation of women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), a challenge shaped both by broader societal perceptions and by the limited visibility of female role models in the respective fields.

CyI Women in STEAM

Series of short videos of CyI women scientists presenting their work in the field of their expertise, sharing their thoughts on choosing a career in science, identifying the challenges for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), launched by The Cyprus Institute on the occasion of the International Women’s day.

On the occasion of the International Women’s day the Cyprus Institute is launching a series of short videos of CyI women scientists presenting their work in the field of their expertise, sharing their thoughts on choosing a career in science, identifying the challenges for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). The Institute aims to increase visibility of women in STEAM professions in Cyprus and encourage the new generations of women to be actively involved in the STEAM fields.
