Introduction to Intellectual Property
Course Summary
The course will provide essential and basic knowledge in Intellectual Property (IP) for those interested in learning how to identify and protect IP by selecting the appropriate IPR strategy.
Participants will be introduced to the several types of IPR, patents, copyrights, industrial designs and trademarks and will be able to assess the consequences of insufficient protection of IP assets, including the risk of reverse engineering, blatant copying and even industrial espionage.
